Debra Has a House for Rent

My home is a Victorian house in the St. Andrews area of Bristol, close to the city centre. It is close to beautiful St. Andrews Park and the popular Gloucester Rd. with its independent and quirky shops and cafes. The area is friendly and safe, and has the feel of a village within a city. Check-in: 6pm - 9pm Check-out: Before 10am I have 4 bedrooms available. Two of the rooms are very large (4.8m x 3.8m) with large bay-windows giving views over Bristol and the garden. Guests will share a bathroom. There is free on-street parking and there are easy and quick public transport links to the university, UWE, MOD Abbey Wood and the city centre. The distance to the university or the city centre can be walked in under half an hour. I work from home as a tutor, teaching maths, science and English. I enjoy cooking, particularly baking cakes, biscuits and desserts and I enjoy making jam and bottling fruit. Gardening and walking are hobbies. I like peaceful places of natural beauty and try to see the good in everyone and the silver lining in every cloud. I have travelled all around the world and lived in a remote village in Benin, West Africa for 1 year. I'm well-travelled and friendly and experienced at hosting professionals and students. I aim to live sustainably and give guests a safe, clean, quiet comfortable home-from-home.
