iROOMit® App and Website Cancellation and Refund Policy

Basic membership is free. Basic members can add listings, browse matches, and send direct messages. In order to read messages received from other members and communicate using real-time chat or video, one must upgrade to VIP Membership. Fees for VIP Membership are as follows: £6.99 for a 7-day trial, £14.99 for 30 days, £19.99 for 60 days, and £29.99 for 90 days of elite access. All VIP memberships are recurring and renew automatically. iROOMit may occasionally offer discounts. All fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the expiration of your VIP Membership. If you do cancel your account before your VIP Membership expires, your VIP Membership will remain active until the expiration of the original VIP Membership upgrade period. Members are fully responsible for cancelling their recurring VIP subscription before the next payment is due.
Please note that individual results obtained through the use of our services are the sole responsibility of the users. The moment you upgrade and purchase a VIP membership, ID Verification, and/or Credit Report, you are fully responsible for adhering to the payment commitment terms and policies outlined by our platform.
Please be aware that refunds will not be granted in cases where there are no matches or conversations, or if you are unable to find what you are looking for, such as rooms, apartments, shared places, co-living arrangements, partnering up with other roommates, or finding a roommate. The outcome of such interactions depends on various factors, including geographical location, personal preferences, and individual circumstances. Results may vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Once a purchase is made, we want to inform you that no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. Therefore, we encourage all users to carefully consider their decisions before making any payments.
By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to take full responsibility for your actions, interactions, and experiences on our platform. We advise users to exercise caution and discretion while engaging with others, and we do not hold any liability for the outcomes of such interactions.
To make sure you don't get charged for a future payment, cancel your auto-renewal plan at least 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle. Auto-renewal plans that are not canceled 24 hours prior to the billing date do not qualify for a refund. Auto-renewal plans must be canceled on the platform you made the purchase.
Purchasing a plan does not generate a verification status unless the Identity has been verified and approved by third-party providers.
App Store purchase: we do not have the ability to cancel and issue refunds for purchases placed via Apple, should you need to cancel and request a refund you can request it to Apple and they will provide a refund should you request to abide by their Terms of Service (TOS).
Google Play purchase: we do not have the ability to cancel and issue refunds for purchases placed via Google, should you need to cancel and request a refund you can request it to Google and they will provide a refund should you request to abide by their Terms of Service (TOS).
Web purchases: after a purchase is made, no refunds or prorated costs are available.
