Sue Has a Room for Rent

I have recently moved into my house and therefore, it hasn't been changed since I bought it. It holds many of its' original features as the house was built in 1836. There is a one bedroom available for guests and one bathroom to be shared. I have 3 dogs and a cat and anyone staying, would need to like these animals. The house fronts on a the village high street, but the back garden is large and has plenty of room to play games and have BBQs. The village has a pub which serves typical local food and there is also a Post Office next door which has a small shop in it. I can offer breakfast if required at an extra cost as well as laundry service. If English lessons are required, these need to be booked and paid for in advance. There are so many walks near the house, including the Bempton Bird Sanctuary, which is about 15 minutes walk from the House. Flamborough head is about 10 minutes by car or about 30 minutes walk. There is a lot to see and the beaches are easily accessible.
