In September there will be train access 1/2 mile from the house by using the new South shore line. Looking for 3 males to rent the upstairs. Rooms are private with key and lock. I'm cleaning and painting now. Looking to be hopefully completed by 5/1 so I get get some renters in. I have a job and will see how you are and meet up and see how you are. Background required.
