Looking to share my home with a responsible roommate. House is a split plan with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the side id be renting. Rooms have minimal furniture presently so if you prefer furnished or unfurnished is fine. Renter is welcome to both rooms ($1000 per month) and bathroom or just 1 room ($850 per month) and bathroom for a little less money. I will not be renting both rooms to separate people so if person renting only wants the 1 room the other will stay empty and you will have your own bathroom. there is plenty of storage on the property. House is on lake harney with semi private beach only accessible from a few homes (including mine) or from the lake itself.

I'm a business owner looking to share my home with the right person. I don't drink or smoke cigarettes. I work 530a to about 3pm usually 5 to 6 days a week. When I'm done working I like to chill at home or by the lake. I have 3 inside cats that do not go in the rooms on that side of the house. I would be fine with a cat or small dog provided they're friendly towards other animals if they'd be inside or I have a huge catio outside. Both rooms have new carpet and currently have a bed and small TV in each that can stay or be removed if renter has their own furniture.
