We are a family of four: 2 girls (4 & 7 years old) Sofiya (Mom) and Sabry (Dad). We will do our best to make sure your stay is as comfortable and should we add, as memorable as possible. Montreal is quite nice and if you're into biking, moving around is easy. The house is old, creaky but renovated and still needs a lot of love but we are proud to say your room will be a temple of coziness and warmth. 2 rooms fully furnished available within a family with 2 girls in Rosemont-la-Petite-Patrie. Approx. 20-25 min from Downtown, steps from a big grocery store, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and Parcs (Botanical Garden & Maisonneuve-Rosemont, 5 min walk from Cardiology Institute, 15 min walk from Santa-Cabrini and Maisonneuve Hospitals: - High-speed Wi-Fi, hydro & heating included - Smart lock on entry door - Surveillance camera in the building - Bedding + towels provided We speak English, French and Russian (average level in Spanish & Portuguese) We are quite the foodies and home-made food lovers. Thanks to our multi-cultural background, we cook a great variety of food and you will travel around the world with our dishes. Due to logistic/space constraint, Half-board is mandatory, Full board is optional (should you prefer to lunch outside). Do not worry, you'll get both your money's worth in cases. Half board (breakfast & dinner) - additional 150$/month or Full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) - $300/month. Two very large bedrooms (approximately 15m² / 160ft² each!), perfect for students or young professionals for short- to medium-term stays (minimum 4 weeks).
